I have been working on this review for a month now and I am so pumped to be sharing my Nickelodeon Eyeshadow Palette Review & Tutorial! This is the very first hot topic eyeshadow palette or hot topic makeup that I've tried and I was very pleasantly surprised by how great this Nickelodeon Eyeshadow Palette is! I am a 90s baby (I don't remember much about it since I was born in the mid to late 90s but I grew up watching a lot of 90s shows) and I love that Hot Topic created a 90s Nickelodeon Eyeshadow Palette - now if only they would come out with a Scooby Doo themed eyeshadow palette and I would absolutely die of happiness as I ADORE Scooby Doo. Anyways...back to the topic! In this Nickelodeon Eyeshadow Palette Review you can expect a short tutorial, swatches, a break down of each shade, and my overall experience using this Nickelodeon Eyeshadow palette. The mattes were all very good and I was impressed with how pigmented and blendable they are. The shimmers overall were quite good too! There was one dud but the other shades are beautiful. The only one I recommend using a wet brush with is the purple shimmer as that one needed a little more building but it looked amazing once it was on the eye and it wore well!
