I am so so excited to share my story with you guys all about how I went from a heavy consumer of animal products on the paleo diet to a plant based lifestyle as a vegan.
I want to share a few things that stuck out to me while I was editing the video:
1. I say "keto" about twenty times instead of paleo. But I think that's just because paleo is no longer the buzz word for that kind of diet. But its basically the same thing either way you slice it. So forgive my misuse of that term because I was NOT doing keto it was paleo. But thats kind of like saying I accidentally said Pepsi instead of Coke. NawmSayin.
2. At this juncture I look a little closer to my before than my after. Not QUITE as full figured as the before but when I broke my ankle last year I did some heavy junk food bingeing (yes, there are TONS AND TONS of vegan junk food options) and I couldn't work out like normal until January of this year. But I will share you with you guys my progress of eating whole foods plant based and working out regularly. So stay tuned.
3. Once again, if eating Paleo, or Keto are working REALLY well for you and you are happy as a clam then by all means continue to do what you want. But also don't think that even if you are that nothing can be gained from adding just a few plant based meals in to your week. It will help your health and the planet and it will be so delicious! :)
