The weight is definitely on your shoulders and you have to be hella focused and fight through your fears daily. One of the major ways to stay focused with an abundance amount of clarity is via journaling. Keeping a journal has practically changed my entire life and business. Our brains only has a limited capacity and many times we are unable to fulfill our goals because they're in our brains free floating with no direction.
