For those of you who don't know, I have oily, hooded eyelids. This means that eyeshadow tends to disappear from my eyes unless I use primer and set it with a setting powder. Urban Decay Primer Potion in Original and Sin are my go-to primers, while I've been using Cozzette Beauty Setting Powder in C1 to set, since it also acts as a skintone shade, too.
