Cruelty Free International (CFI), who partners with Leaping Bunny, have launched their Leaping Bunny Pilot Program, which will allow selected Leaping Bunny certified companies to sell in China without testing on animals. The big takeaway from this is – the pilot program is allowing products into China that have already been proven safe and are Leaping Bunny certified. In case of an issues, instead of post-market testing, produts will be recalled. Why do so many brands want to go into china? Because their urban population is larger than the entire United States population. This expansion is happening right on the heels of the biggest brand to go cruelty-free ever, Cover Girl.
