Hey guys! I know I now have two “talkative” videos in a row. I don’t want to beat a dead horse but you guys deserve to know the background, new developments and where I stand. While it’s my job as an influencer to review products, it’s also my responsibility to inform you of the reasons why I recommend or don't recommend products to you.
Show More Hey guys! I know I now have two “talkative” videos in a row. I don’t want to beat a dead horse but you guys deserve to know the background, new developments and where I stand. While it’s my job as an influencer to review products, it’s also my responsibility to inform you of the reasons why I recommend or don't recommend products to you.

I initially intended to review this product in my regular way when I ordered it…before all these developments came to light. But I cannot support how Tarte launched this foundation, blatantly excluding certain groups of people. In addition, they’ve handled the entire situation in an extremely unprofessional manner. While there are numerous brands that also need to improve re: exclusivity, as a brand leader, they owe their customers more than this and you deserve more from them. Other brands are going to look at this launch and PR nightmare as an example of what not to do for their future launches. You have to make your own decision as to where you want to spend your money. (PS, the hydrating formula has the exact ingredients as their recently discontinued hydra gel foundation….I do talk about that in this video).
