WORKOUT (repeat set 2-4 times with 1-2minutes rest between sets)
Heel touches- 25-50 reps
Crunches- 25-50 reps
Bicycle crunches- 25-50 reps
Overhead sit ups with a ball (add weight if wanted or do no weight at all)- 12-15 reps
Sit ups keeping ball held above your head (I'm sure there's probably a proper name for this!) 12-15 reps
Russian twists- 25-50 reps
Leg raises- 12-15 reps
Ab roller- 10-12 reps
Plank til failure
