Ingredients:
(Makes 6 - 8 Pirozhkis)

Pirozhki Dough
3/4 c water
3/4 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp oil
1 3/4 c flour

Katsu Recipe
2-3 cutlets
salt / pepper
egg + flour + panko
furikake to dust

Katsu Sauce recipe
100ml water
dashi stock
2 tbsp soy
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp mirin
1/2 tsp sake / cooking rice wine
1/4 onion

*note. i forgot to add egg. too bad. deal with it*
