Hello, Im just getting over the flu, wanted to share my reactive skin routine with you, Its important to slowly transition your skin care, read ingredients and pay attention how your skin reacts. Combining hydration with oils and balancing skin has played a big preventive role. I understand Skin is so individual what works for one may not for others, scents wise and allergies, but i found some things that are working. I still suffer from acne but can disguise contact dermatitis from a pimple or an allergy and sensitive from reactive. Wellness plays a factor in intolerances and sensitivities.
