Meal prepping chicken, and veggies on the grill since it is basically like Summer here. I like to grill for meal prep because it is so much easier and you can prepare for the whole week. This week I talk about my 11 pound weight gain in a one week period. I also show my lower body work out for better glute and hamstring growth.
