****It's also important to note that while all the products that I'm using work well and keep my skin in good condition the majority of the progress made in my skin is due to a change in diet and water intake. My acne is completely hormonal/diet related. I've cut out most of the processed food and dairy in my daily diet, as well as increase the amount of organic vegetables and fruits that I eat. I also try to stay as hydrated as I possibly can!
While dermatologists are great, I feel like its important that you know your body inside and out for yourself before getting prescribed and relying on topical solutions. At the same time, before trying new products if you already consulting a dermatologist it is best to check with them first before trying new products. Thanks for watching!
