Have you ever tried building new habits and realized that it is not so easy? I struggle with some till this day, but there is a way to make them super easy! Some habits like meditation, yoga, going out in nature, reading more or waking up early and eating healthy can actually change your life 180 degrees. And they are definitely worth some effort!
What I propose is an easy method from the book called 'Mini Habits' take a look and try micro habits - they are easier to implement, and then they turn into full size habits all by themselves :)
