I show you the Inversion Method: how to do it, how long, where it comes from. This method is used to stimulate hair growth. You should use a hair growth serum before. Then do a scalp massage. Then do the inversion method for 4-5 minutes, once a day, for a week - once a month. And renew every month until you achieve your ideal hair length - which, for me, is butt length :-)
