As I mentioned in the video I have not told this story to a lot of people because to be true I was ashamed of my self. I spent entire days withought eating a single crumb and doing huge amounts of exercise this was obviously not healthy at all. As I mentioned I lost my period for a whole year meaning my body did not have enought energy to supply the organs of reproduction as it needed all its energy for those that where more vital such as the heart or lungs. I encourage every one of you to look at yourself in the mirror and think of positive things about yourself because remember everybody is beautiful. Once again thank you Megan for this wonderful oportunity in which you once again empower women!!!! P.S I would be more than happy to answerANY of your questions about the issue. XOXO Isabel
