I'm VERY SATISFIED with these results! I cannot express how good these hair vitamins are! My hair is thicker(don't really care for this part) and stronger. I also don't lose as much when washing now. Also, the reason I say take this with food is because one, it says it on the bottle and two, if you don't your stomach will hurt and burn like crazy!
