Why are men allowed to have wrinkles?

Why are men allowed to have wrinkles? Is there a double standard men vs. women? I noticed in my recent Marie Claire Magazine (November 2015 issue) that all male models in the ads have wrinkles, while the women are all photoshopped and have no wrinkles (even Julia Roberts or Naomi Watts who are 47 and 48 have no wrinkles!).

I wonder: why are men allowed to have wrinkles and women are not? Why is there so much pressure for women to be beautiful?
