A small group of people initiated the violence, rioting and looting taking place in Baltimore, Maryland, as a result of Freddie Gray, a young black man who died while in Baltimore Police Department custody. This event paired with the series of ongoing murders of black men (from white cops), it is possible the people could not hold their anger any more. According to Baltimore City Mayor, many of the looters are said to be from out of town.

But "thanks" to the main media networks, the most violent and "drama" filled acts during this protest are shared with the globe. Because of this publicly known fact about the media, I charge you to dig deeper before judging. SEE THE VIDEO for more. SEE further below for footage.


QUICK RECAP OF MY STORY:
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011; became a medically retired army veteran 2012. Due to unbearable pain, sadness and suffering, I dedicated my life to a HCLF plant based vegan lifestyle on 23 January 2015. I lost 9 pounds within the first 2 weeks and a total of 13 pounds since eating like this with little to no exercise and experience little to no pain.

My meals are based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I do not cook with oil (HCLF/ Starch Solution). I eat until i am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.
