WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT + EXTRA ADVICE:

1. Put your Bikini or Swimsuit in sight. This is an easy reminder!
2. Try it on 1-2 times monthly. This is just to make sure you are staying on track. Anything more than twice is too much.
3. Find 1-2 problems areas at a time to work on. This will keep you focused!
4. Add Weights/Resistance to your workouts. (You won’t bulk up, I promise! Unless that is your goal, this isn’t the right tip for you)
5. I’ve found making sure I’m fueling my body with the appropriate foods/nutrients will give you results. I’m on the 21 Day Fix Extreme for almost 3 weeks and It has made the biggest difference!
6. Be patient. You can’t expect results in a 2-4 week timeline. It just doesn’t work like that. (Believe me, I wish it did)
7. Most of all, enjoy the journey, your overall progress, measure inches instead of weight and reward yourself!
