For your natural hair including ayurvedic methods can be very beneficial in obtaining stronger, healthier natural hair (4c hair). As a 4c hair type natural I love using henna in my natural hair because it reduces breakage, helps me retain moisture longer and so many more benefits which I discuss in my previous youtube videos about henna (see playlist below). In this video I discuss my quick mix for henna called Henna Gloss. It's usually what I do with left over henna from a henna treatment. As long as you have mixed your henna prior to where the dye has released you can make a henna gloss. Checkout this video. Any questions ask me in the comment box.
