Here are my vegan food essentials as promised in the video:
Sweet and regular Potatoes
White and brown Rice
Brown rice pasta 
Beans
Frozen mixed veggies
Romaine lettuce
Oil free pasta sauce (I used WF brand)
Oil free corn tortilla shells( I freeze them)
Nutritional yeast- for cheesy flavor
Lots of spices: like garlic, onion, pepper and dried parsley, cilantro and chives
No honey rice cakes
Non dairy milk( oat, rice and almond)
Rolled oats
Nature path cereal 
Strawberries, melons, oranges
No oil hot sauce- franks
No oil BBQ sauce
Balsamic vinegar
Brown rice syrup
Lemons
Date and coconut sugar 

QUICK RECAP OF MY STORY:
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011; became a medically retired army veteran 2012; due to unbearable pain, sadness and suffering, I dedicated my life to a HCLF plant based vegan lifestyle on 23 January 2015. I lost 13 pounds since eating like this with little to no exercise and experience little to no pain.

My meals are based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I do not cook with oil (HCLF/ Starch Solution). I eat until i am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.
