The baby blues is real and is this very honest diary-style vlog tells you how it is during day four of my post natal fourth trimester. Just four days after giving birth, I look a wreck, I feel even worse and I share with you exactly what it feels like. So if you want to know the reality of what happens to many of us post birth or you have just given birth yourself - this will let you know you are not alone and it does get better. In a new FOURTH TRIMESTER series, I will share with you what worked for me and pulled me out of this dark pit and over to 'the other (much brighter) side that I'm now on. Be warned - this ain't pretty!!! p.s. it's dark because it's way too early in the morning to be awake but that's how it is right now!
