hey guys! So this look was inspired by a palette that I recently bought at RiteAid, from Wet & Wild. I have been trying out all kinds of products from their newly release limited edition collection. They also have a lot of new permanent products that have recently come out also.
I used a black base underneath the shadow to make the blue stand out a lot more. If you wanted to use a white base, it would look more baby blue and lighter. You can transform the color of an eyeshadow a lot by what color your wearing under it.

SIDE NOTE: so sorry that in the middle of this video the audio and video were not synced up for quite a few minutes, it's annoying, I know! But, it doesn't last long I promise!
