Deep conditioning natural hair is important for the overall health of your hair the best method to deep conditioning your hair. Type 4 hair especially 4c hair needs this step to be on point. This video shows you the best method to deep conditioning your dry natural hair. Please watch it, ask questions if needed, and share.


To deep condition hair make sure to:

1. Always start on clean hair
2. Keep in sections and break each section down more
3.Cover each section of hair with the dc from tip to root(use one that give slip)
4. Incorporate heat (plastic covered with a turbie or towel, hair steamer, dryer, sauna, working out)
5. Leave in no more then the time given (past 30 mins is too much)
6. Rinse with cold/cool water
7. Do a tea or pH rinse (optional)
