Festival Make-Up Tutorial; EDC ♥

Hello beauties! ♥ In today's make-up tutorial I have a festival make up look, involving bright lime, green and blues from the Urban Decay electric palette - this look would be an absolute killer for EDC (electric daisy carnival) or any rave type festival!
