The second tutorial in Wedding Makeup Wednesdays builds upon last week's contouring, highlighting and blush application tutorial. In today's tutorial, I present a full look, featuring neutral, yet dramatic makeup. I also present two lip colour options to give you an idea of the versatility that using neutral shades brings you. Because it is neutral, this look can be paired with any number of outfits.
