Vanilla Chia Pudding Recipe
4 tablespoons of chia seeds (I prefer black & white chia seeds, these are usually great quality)
Approx. 1 cup of soy or almond milk
2 tablespoons of Stevia sweetener
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
I always mix together the dry ingredients, then pour in the milk and vanilla and whisk together. Make sure any lumps are smooth when you are done whisking. Cover with cellophane and let it sit overnight! I always put strawberries, bananas, blueberries, mango, or another fresh fruit on top. Enjoy :)
