Hey guys! Something that I really wanted to work on this summer was my health. I wanted to be healthier, lose weight, and look and feel better. I started on this as soon as I got back from college, and am gunna go mad hard throughout the entire summer, working on my body, and getting down to my goal weight. My main problem area was my stomach. I had a larger tummy with some love handles which are great for grabbin but I'd prefer them smaller haha. Anyways, I that has been my main target area since the rest of my body didn't really bother me.

I tried out SkinnyMint Tea and completed the whole teatox. It took 28 days and I worked so hard to make those days count. I never missed a cup of tea, I cut out all sugar and salt, ate healthier, and started a daily workout routine. I have to say I am so completely happy and excited about my results and glad I finally got off my butt and started working towards my goal. I am going to continue working out and losing more weight this summer until I have reached my goal, then I will continue with these healthy habits to maintain my body.
