Awesome Bases!

I like using these as bases, along with an eyeshadow primer underneath them. I especially like "Milk" because it's a white base, and lets brighter colors pop! I also like using these as a highlight, either in the inner corner or under the eyebrow. Overall, these are great, and are sold at a great price!
