They're the same, but the first is a more "harsh" color it's more like in your face and the second is more toned down.

I think the second one in silver would look better with your skin and hair. I also have fair skin and dark hair and silver always looks better on me than gold, but I do have cool undertones (cool- blue veins on wrist warm- greenish colors) so I would go with silver if you have cool tone or gold if you have warm tones; or whichever color usually looks better on you:)

I like the 1st one. The neckline is slightly lower & the straps kinda curve in a bit so it looks more flattering & more comfortable around the armhole. The 2nd one's armhole area looks a little tight because the strap edge is straight up & down.
