I wash my hair and style it. Or wear a hat to flatten it. This is for my pixie though. Haha. When I had longer hair, I stuck it in a head band.

They have in most drug stores plastic with elastic hair clip that wraps around as a pony tail holder in lieu of the normal elastic that would give you a headache from the tightness with long hair .
