Nice haul! I'm also very disapointed with how Hautelook packages and ships their products. I ordered a BH cosmetics blush palette a while back and one of the 10 blushes broke on the way to my house, and it made a huge mess in the box (and on my carpet). They credited me, which is fine, but it's really not cool that they pack breakables in that flimsy tissue - it does nothing to protect the items. Bubble wrap or crinkled paper would do more to prevent the item from being bounced around in that box while moving around the country. They don't seem to consider that, and due to how they work, they can't offer replacement items. :( But their prices are good so it's worth the risk, I guess. /ramble.

Jo, oh no!. I noticed they don't put much crinkled paper or any to prevent from breaking. They should really consider that though. Hopefully, my Tarte items will be in good condition cos I purchased those last week.

I hope they are too, Mylene!! It'll probably take them a while to get them to you, as it usually does with HL, but the prices can't be beat. Good luck and let us know how you like the products you get! :)
