You need to get your hair trimmed every 8 weeks or so, literally just the tiniest ends (make sure you specify that to the hairdresser lol) and after a couple of months you shid start to see improvements! The trouble you have with not getting it cut, is the ends of your hair start to get dry and snap (split ends) and then when you get regrowth at your roots, the ends snap off, giving the impression your hair hasn't grown! I highly recommend getting frequent trims as this can also over a long period of time and depending on your hair type with uneven hair!! (Sorry it's long, I'm a hairdresser I could go on forever haha 😂) hope you get some results from this 💇👍🎀
