definitely dark lips. it's classic winter look. nude is more for the summer because it cools your complexion down. red , no matter what shade, can make you warmer and more alive in the cold weather seasons

depends on what you're doing with your eyes but i take winter as an excuse to wear dark lips and go light on the eyes
