I personally don't like Burt's bees, baby lips, or eos. They all dried out my lips or didn't last long! I buy a lip balm made by sephora. It's only $5 :)

I would STRONGLY say Nivea because i have struggled with having soft lips but sense i found this it has worked magic! i have used so many different kinds of lip blam and its the best. It says on it that it seals in moisture, and YES IT DOES!!

I like Chapstick brand - the Moisturizer kind, in a blue wrapper. Blistex in the little blue tub is nice, especially when your nose/lips are chapped if you have a cold, Burt's Bees peppermint is also a go-to.

BUDDHA BALM, BUDDHA BALM, BUDDHA BALM. There is honestly nothing better. EOS is like stuffing a wax ball in your mouth and Burts is owned by Clorox and I will not support them. BUDDHA BALM is all natural and plant-based and they are awesome.

The best lip balm for a cheap price would have to be carmex.. Carmex really works during the winter time..
