Leona wasn't being negative. She just couldn't tell it was tangled so she was thinking 'what's the point??'. She wasn't angry or mad either but by the end of this she deserves to be mad with all the crap everyone is giving her.

I also agree on kiddie detanglers. I've been using the same one since I was three, that's twelve years of using it. I think it's by the Johnson and Johnson's brand? It smells like strawberries and really helps to get out the knots in my hair.
