Haha I actually only increased to 3L after my friend gave me a super cute water bottle, haha. Teas are also a good way to get lots of water if you don't like the taste of plain water. Even a bit of lemon or honey/agave stirred in can help you get into the habit.

Omg lol I'm just like yall too I literally always carrying my lemon water with me..ppl make fun of me sometimes but shit I'm hydrated and helps so much to clear my skin.

Lol yep I do yogi tea as well. sometimes you just need a bit more water in your life to see a difference;)
