Im proud of my body no matter what shape it is in. I used to weigh 200 pounds once i shed off like 89 lbs i found out i had a Scarlett Johansson type body. I love my curves and my and fat thighs and everything god gave me. For some of you who don't know your body shape here is something that might help you find it. Love yourself for who you are. Your beautiful and nobody can tell you any different!!

Hi all, thanks for all the responses!!

You all should love yourself. I'm getting healthier, 5'6" and 160 lbs. I am pudgy but I have dieted in the past, with no results. I got I the gym 3-4x a week and I am still this way. It's just how I am. I'm getting healthier and healthier and falling more in live with myself. The pi is me before and after, around 3 weeks into working out. I weigh the same. I am not sucking in in either(although I think I was flexing my stomach).

Here's the message: No matter how much you weigh, you are beautiful. If you are healthy, you are beautiful. If you feel like you need to loose weight, see a doctor and tell them your exact situation. Throw away ALL unhealthy food in your kitchen. Have an apple instead, and exercise regularly(I like to do 40 crunches in the morning to wake up). You'll all work yourself out in the end.

I'm kind of a skinny hourglass lol. I'm tall, 5ft 11" and 116lbs. It sounds pretty extreme but I'm actually very healthy. I have a fast metabolism and I've ALWAYS been this way. That being said I have broad shoulders, a small waist and wide hips so I do have an almost curvy (albeit slightly boney) appearance. There are of course things I would like too change but in general I'm pretty happy with the way my body is.
