I'm not familiar with gauge sizes which is why I talk in mm's haha :) but I'm pretty sure the standard earring size is 1.5mm :)

I have 1 , I think 2 would look great on you and I love the Skyrim ones (I've played over 600 hours of it haha) BUT I've always been told to stay clear of wooden plugs.
