Neutrogena skin clearing foundation, didn't help my skin at all.

I bought the physicians formula concealer pencil. It dragged my under eye so bad, and they didn't even have any colors to match to block out the dark circles so the coverage was also awful. I will never get another pencil concealer again, unless the formula goes on creamy and doesn't drag the eyelid.
