I have three in my lobes and my cartilage and I'm getting my tragus and another cartilage so I have a double cartilage.

I think if you have the right face a piercing can be cute but the older you get it can look ridiculous. Soon there are going to be a bunch of old people with holes in their face. That is why I only have two ear piercing and I really tried not to over do it even thought I know quite a few people who did go a little over board.
