Michele here is the picture of the finished vanity area. We got the mirror from Lowe's on sale for $65, and it tilts. The light strip was from Lowes's for like $15. The bulbs (natural daylight) were more expensive than the fixture. They were like $6 each but worth it.

So still kind of cluttered but not too much. And I can still sit and use my laptop if needed. You will absolutely LOVE having your own space for makeup/nails.

Awe I totally missed this whole conversation because the app sucks!! Also hubby stole my phone earlier and I haven't seen it since lol. Your jewelry box is sooooo sweet! Lucky ducky. I'd love to have a vanity, but until we change bedrooms around I don't have a space :( but I'm in the process if building a library 😁 I think books slightly trumps makeup by a few notches ;) much love

Yeah the lighting in our bedroom is not good. My vanity is next to a window but it would only light up the back of my head. :-) Plus I get ready for work at 4:30 am so there is NO light at that time.
