@nikelle, stop making fun of me with my head scarf on trying to set my edges girl. that's serious business in the morning. lol..
@Jessica, went way on a tangent huh? sorry. no offense.
I can't add anything more than alma said about your smokey eye. she gave the best advice. you need to extend the black and blend more and you got it!.. awesome for a first try for sure tho..

Lol..
and thanks about brows. some ppl get their arch sooo perfect. I can't do my own well.
anyway, lippie is also one of the new Maybelline products. its the lip elixir in violet vision. I've noticed this line is hit or miss. some shades I got show the color really well (like this one) others not so much. I got a darker one after this one, caviar something and I'll definitely have to wear a dark lipstick under.. the wear isn't crazy long on this, about 2hrs, which is fine for me. I'm usually on to something else after 2hrs. ;-)

Haha I have a 5 year old, I'm used to topics never staying the same for long ;) tangents are great :).
Jacqueline: it's a black shadow and dark blue on lid and at lash base and then another line of black shadow smudged on the lash line. I didn't use a real eyeliner, just shadow (whole look was done with wet n wild color icon in blue had me at hello)

Oh bless you child!. lol..
about your eye look. I said you did those lines with eyeshadow? that's really good. definitely looks like liner. so you really just need to blend out more..
did you use a wet brush for the line?
