One of my friends has recently undergone rhinoplasty surgery from a clinic in Toronto
( http://www.droakleysmithrhinoplasty.com/best-toronto-nose-job/ ). She was very much insecure as everyone makes fun of her nose and that leads to depression. She has taken medication for her depression. So I would say you should undergo rhinoplasty surgery if you really want to. If you had gone through it, then I hope the surgery is successful.
