I think colour in general is great for brown eyes. I think any colour eyeshadow/liner I use on my eyes makes them pop :) But if you're looking for specific ones...I personally think purples, teal/turquoise/greens, and yellow/red/oranges look the best!

Im a Brown-Eyed Girl too! For me, I've noticed, depending on the color of eyeshadow I wear, it can also change the look of my brown eyes. For example, if I wear purples or browns/coppers/golds, my eyes look warmer and more honey brown. Or if I wear green, the green flecks in my eyes come out. If I wear navy blue or black/grey/silver, my eyes look cooler and almost black :) But, it really comes down to what you like and what you feel comfortable wearing :)
