it honestly depends on how much time I have, if I have 5 minutes I wash my face, tone and moisturize and try and do something with my hair so it doesn't look completely horrid. But if I have 10-20 minutes I do my makeup... lately I have been leaving my house a lot without makeup because I've been lazy though.

And i can reduce it down to 3 products i have to apply, before i leave.
1. liquid eye liner
2. day cream

What's most important is LOOKING GOOD...haha I'll risk being late to anything as long as I show up looking good....it's terrible.
But I GUESSSSSS if I have to choose...makeup, because your face is the focal point and you can conceal bad or undone hair. but you cant conceal your entire face. Hah.

Definitely makeup. When I am in a rush I can either braid my hair or put it in a ballerina bun, makeup I feel slightly naked without :)

on a scale of 1 - 10 my hair is about at a 2 everyday. i clean and look after it but the way its styled and how it looks day to day is really not important to me i just throw it up in a high bun. done.

Probably makeup. I definitely prefer to have time to do both, but if I'm running late (as i ALWAYS seem to be doing) then I'll just do my makeup and put my hair up or something. And then be annoyed about it all day long, ha.

HAIR! For sure. I'm okie with rocky the natural look. But if your hair looks bad, even greasy, you can look really grimy and yucky looking. You look unfinished and not care as much as what you look like.
