I have the same problem. I use Castor Oil which helps a lot :) I just have trouble growing it further than my shoulders :/

use heat protectant! that way when you curl/straighten/whatever your hair you wll not burn and damage it! i did a hair care video on my beauty channel if you want to see what i do!
