When I was in HS I wanted pink and blue hair, but was not allowed by my parents. so there was an unfortunate thing I tried with food colorings. Bad Idea. Stained my hair, looked awful. Also, similar story to another girl with the not being allowed to wear make up. When I was I "spackled" it on. had to learn how to do it right. AND FINALLY (though I have plenty) I use to have a pixie cut. (result of trying to hide lowlights gone wrong) I died my hair some bright color, then bleached it and dyed it another so very often...that the hair dressers had bets on when my hair would fall out. I was bleaching out purple to dye it blood red again, when it turned seaweed green. They kept bleaching trying to get it out. Until It started to MELT MY HAIR. Then I just had to carefully work with what I had for a bit. Thankfully pixie cuts grow out fairly quick.

In the 5th grade I let my friend do my makeup with a Hello Kitty play palette, which was comprised of white glitter gels. I walked around all day looking like I dipped my face in fairy dust.

BUT I also had a friend who wore blue glitter as blush one day. Nicki Minaj would even cringe at the tackiness.

I don't know what was up with my friends and glitter back then. :(

When I was 11 I bent over to get something under my dining table and end up hitting my cheekbone pretty bad. I woke up the next morning and it was really bruised and swollen so I got my mom's concealer to cover it up. I was in a hurry for school and had no idea what I was doing so I walked around the whole day with a big dark cakey patch on my cheek. Everyone had a great time making fun of me...

I thought it was super cool to have super thin eyrows... so i plucked and plucked in middle school... yup havent grown back since.. now i have to draw them in everyday.. UGH

OH! not to mention, I used to cut my eyelashes cuz they were too long lol what the heck was wrong with me!?

Abnormal, I plucked like that in middle school too! I ended up getting them tattooed on when I was 25 cos I was so tired of trying to draw them on every day.

@mindy LOL omg! i wanted to do that but im scared! lol its gonna hurt!

It doesn't hurt as bad as you would think. The person who did mine used a numbing cream on the area first. It wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.

I have a very low hairline and a tiny forehead if I I don't wax the 'baby hairs'....well, I was getting a bit overzealous and saw a picture of myself. Instead of a forehead I had a 'sixhead', talk about a receding hairline!!

the first time i ever tried false lashes i used the glue that came with them ( the glue that just doesnt work ) anyways turns out oen of the lashes was hanging off and the other one was stuck on my brow bone , so i was walking round town looking like a fool all day lol, owell lesson learnt , BUY YOUR OWN GLUE!

It was my 12th bday and I wasnt allowed to wear makeup or do anything to my eyebrows. With that said, I was taking a shower at my grandparent's house and I saw that my grandpa has his razor next to a mirror in the shower... so I didnt even think about it twice and I grabbed it and shaved the top sides, bottom and middle of my eyebrows lol. I had bangs at the time so I tried covering them, but my grandparents were able to tell right away... my grandma couldnt stop laughing... the funniest thing? My mom never noticed lol she ended up finding out years later when were talking about funny stories lol.

i used concealer as foundation last year lolol. and one time at my granparents house (three years ago) I was in their bathroom and sort of snooping around because my grandma is obsessed with her hair and i grabbed my grandpas cologne thinking it was perfume and sprayed in the air... then i walked out and my family and cousins and grandparents were all there and they all laughed at me because I smelled like my grandpa... awks..

I used to wear blue colored mascara almost every day in middle school. GOD WHY?!?!

Gosh, I've committed many makeup/clothing crimes. My clothing choices in early high school were bad (I wore a hooters shirt to a football game because our school has the same team colors, who knew it would attract some negative attention?! And my playboy bunny necklace which I loved after watching girls next door...) and I almost always had a foundation make up line on my jaw. That is my PET PEEVE to this day.

But my worst offense is my abuse of self-tanner, I spent many days with orange hands in my pockets and in long sleeves because of streaks.

Oh I have totally had horrible make up issues. I remember I was In a rush out the door, and I needed to fill in my eyebrows before I left. Turns out, I accidentally filled in my brows with dark blue eyeshadow and didn't notice! I got a ton of weird looks that day.... Another one was when I wore bright red lipstick and too much eyeliner to Disney land and it smeared everywhere on my face. :( not good.

When I was about 16 I had a problem with my eyelashes being so long that they stuck together so I had a brainwave to cut them. I'm 22 now and STILL have short stubbly eyelashes.

I have also been a victim of foundation jawlines and a orange oompa loompa face in my time haha.

When I was in high school I would wear the same make up everyday- eye liner and mascara. I never wore eyeshadow to school. One day I decided to experiment with eyeshadow, so I put brown eyeshadow on my crease. I was going for a cut crease look. I don't know how I applied the eyeshadow, but EVERY single person I knew told me that I looked really tired! People who walked by me in the hallway asked me if I was sleep deprived. One friend even told me that I should wash my face with cold water in the morning to wake up. I didn't wear eyeshadow for a long time after that.

I had this amazing idea to wear red and silver eyeshadow and liner, a la emo fashion. I don't think it would have been so bad except I have HUGE green eyes, so I looked like a walking Christmas decoration.

I also am guilty of shaving my eyebrows. I have very thick eyebrows, think young Brooke Sheilds. Anyway, I was the maid of honor in my cousins wedding, didn't have time to get them done, and shaved down the middle. That's right. I took a chunk out of the corner of my eyebrow. Luckily my cousin had a powder that matched perfectly.

In the 8th grade I would wear red liner smudged under my eyes.. I don't know why I thought it looked good. Alsp in the 9th grade I plucked my eyebrows to hell (I had nice brows) and I'm 17 now and they still don't grow back the same.. I wish I would have known. Now I tell every young girl to never pluck their brows themselves..also, I used to dye the underside of my hair black, and one day I got this great idea to mix the red and black and dye my eyebrows with it.. HORRIBLE! I would wash my brows every day with dish detergent trying to get that out.. Now I'm thinking about getting my eyebrows tattooed..

I dyed my hair blonde before my wedding (cuz with my lt olvie skin etc I totally make a good candidate for blonde hair). It looked horrific. I thought it looked okay at the time but now i don't want those pictures shown to anyone.

I was striving for perfect eyebrows when I decided to wax them myself and I waxed off too much! Luckily I wasn't bald, but still, I didn't look like me. I have since found out that eyebrows really shape the face, and now I have the hang of how to wax my eyebrows with them still looking natural. I'm a college student who can't afford to go to the salon lol so I was experimenting.

I have really thick eyebrows and I wanted it to look clean so I tried to pluck my eyebrows. After awhile I noticed they were uneven! It was horrible! I laugh about it now. LOL.

While i was in 7th grade, I'd noticed everyone started doing their etebrows. I wanted to fp mine too. I started plucking them, but i COULDNT stop!!! They were do thin & uneven.... & middle school lids are NOT the nicest. It was horrible
