I always do face first...there's no particular reason just habit I guess. After reading some of you all responses I think I'm going to try eye's first for a change and see how it works for me.

u should do ur eyes first so u don't get finger prints all over ur face

Depends...If your doing a smokey eye or shadows that has deep colors...do them first because you can easily sweep off the fall outs on a bare skin, then apply foundation. but if you're doing light shadows and simple makeup look, you can start off with foundation or face makeup.
