My favorite eye makeup removers are:
Sephora Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover (bi-phase & budget friendly, plus widely available wherever Sephora located)
Lancome Bi-Facil Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover (bi-phase but a bit more of a luxury item especially if it is something that you have to use every day)
