Exfoiliate your lips and EOS is my favorite lip balm.

I learned this from my facialist recently- no matter how moisturizing your lip balm is, if you don't exfoliate your lips, the lip balm won't do anything! You could do a DIY lip scrub (there's TONS), use a toothbrush, be lazy like me and buy the Lip Scrub by Sara Happ, or use somthing like glominerals lip ritual which exfoliates without being abrasive. Then afterwards with whatever balm you like. I use Nivea a Kiss of Moisture and Yes to Carrots most of the time. Hope this helps!

How funny, I JUST tried a honey/brown sugar scrub on my lips and I LOVE it. My lips are constantly chapped (I lick and chew on them...so bad), but this made them feel pretty good and I'll probably start doing it every day or every other day. As far as lip balms, I like to use natural brands like yes to carrots or dr. bronners (these are sooo yum) :)

For whatever reason I really like the ELF Lip Balm in Strawberry. It does have parabens so if you aren't into that don't get it. I've heard really good things about Jack Black lip balm.

When/if I remember, I use a toothbrush to exfoliate my lips. I'm usually too lazy by the end of the night after I wash my makeup off so I don't do it as much as I should. Then I apply my EOS lip balm.

(I'm probably the only person in the world who hasn't tried Burts Bees lip balms yet, lol.)
